This website, enaresorts.com, is operated by Ena Resorts, Neopolis, Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Ena" mean Ena Resorts. We decide why and how the personal data described below is used.

This policy follows the principles of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run and protect the site.

• Enquiry and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, subject and message.
• Wedding, event, corporate and quick-quote requests: the above, plus event type, date, guest or delegate count, budget range and any details you add.
• Table reservation requests: name, phone, date, time, party size and special requests.
• ENA Charter Circle requests: name, phone, email, family details, postal address, city and PIN code.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
• Technical data: your IP address is briefly held in memory to limit spam and repeated submissions. We do not use it to identify you.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and confirm a booking, reservation or event.
• To run the ENA Charter Circle programme for those who apply.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

How your form details reach us

When you submit a form, the details are sent securely from this website to our enquiry-handling system so the right team can respond. If delivery fails, the site tells you so and offers WhatsApp and phone as alternatives; it never shows a confirmation for a message that was not delivered.

No payment is taken on this website, and we never ask for card details through a form.

Cookies, analytics and third-party content

At the time of writing, no analytics or advertising tags are active on this site. Before we switch on tools such as Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics or a Meta pixel, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

Some pages embed a Google Map. Google may set cookies or collect usage data when that map loads, under its own privacy policy. The WhatsApp buttons open WhatsApp, which handles your messages under its own terms.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are not kept longer than needed to follow up with you.

Your rights

Under the Act, you may ask us to:

• Correct or complete inaccurate data, or erase data we no longer need.
• Withdraw consent you have given — for example, unsubscribing from the newsletter.
• Respond to a grievance about how your data is handled, and nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS and access to submitted details is limited to people who need it. No system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as card numbers, passwords or identity documents through the website forms.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. A parent or guardian should make any enquiry or booking on their behalf.
