• Ena Resorts is scheduled to open in 2027. The opening year, facilities, room categories, services and event venues described here are our current plans and may change.
• Some images are illustrative or computer-generated, and may not show the finished property exactly.
• Room sizes, capacities, distances and travel times are approximate.
• We take care to keep the site accurate, but we do not guarantee that every detail is complete or current. The details in your written quote or confirmation prevail.

Enquiries and bookings

• Submitting a form, calling or messaging us is an enquiry, not a booking. A booking exists only when we confirm it to you in writing.
• This website does not take payment online. Payment terms are set out in your quote or confirmation.
• Rates and prices are subject to applicable taxes, including GST, unless stated otherwise, and to availability.
• Please give accurate contact details so that we can reach you.

Staying with us

• A valid government-issued photo ID is required from every adult guest at check-in, as required by law. Foreign nationals must present a passport and valid visa.
• Guests are responsible for any loss or damage they cause to the property.
• Ena may decline or end a stay or event where a guest's conduct endangers or disturbs others, or breaks the law.

Offers, Best Rate Guarantee and Charter Circle

The terms of our offers, including the Best Rate Guarantee on the Offers page, apply to the offer in question. The ENA Charter Circle is governed by the programme terms in your written confirmation. If any of these conflict with these general terms, the specific terms prevail.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the site unlawfully, to send spam or false enquiries, or to try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems.
• Do not copy, scrape or reuse our content, photographs or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The Ena name, logo, text, photographs, video and design of this site belong to Ena Resorts or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-party links and services

This site links to and embeds services we do not control, such as Google Maps, WhatsApp and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law permits, Ena is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website, or for interruptions or errors in it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
